Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)

Unser Apartment samt Balkon mit ungefähr 44m² und einer senfgelben Nuance eignet sich perfekt für Businessgäste oder Wien-Entdecker. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage findet man sich hier in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung wieder und kann dadurch sowohl entspannen, aber auch schnell mitten ins Geschehen losziehen. Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
