Located in central Manningtree, this flat is within walking distance of the beach (3 minutes), the local pub and wine bar (2 minutes), the train station (10 mins) and several brilliant restaurants (5 minutes). Self-contained, the flat has a small patio garden at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by. Accommodation is one double bedroom and one small double sofa-bed. Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space.
