The Old Orchard Cottage

Built using the traditional method of mud brick with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in the first bedroom and 1 three quarter bed or small double in the second bedroom) and a sofa in the lounge that converts to a small double bed. A warm and cosy little home with all modern amenities. Ideal for Rail trail riders, families, or a quiet romantic get away from the maddening crowds.

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Cosy and Convenient

A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.
