Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Casa el Guarumo

Casa El Guarumo sits at the top of our 4-acre permaculture farm, situated between Parque Internacional La Amistad and the town of San Vito, Coto Brus. Come to reset and unwind. Take in the beautiful mountain views, clean air, and pure water. Enjoy fresh fruit, coffee, and handcrafted chocolate from the farm. Adventure to nearby waterfalls and hot springs, hike the farm trails to the creek, or drift off in a hammock to the songs of the myriad of bird species that can be observed in our area.

Ubicación estratégica a tan solo 350 metros de la carretera Interamericana Sur, en el cruce que se dirige a Golfito y/ó Paso Canoas, segura y cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, centro de salud, estación de combustible y frente a calle asfaltada. Diseño moderno y espacioso. Mucho espacio para que guarde todas sus compras y parqueo amplio para vehículos grandes ó hasta 3 vehículos livianos. Estamos a tan solo 500 metros de COSEVI donde se realizan las pruebas de manejo para sacar licencia.

À proximité de toutes les commodités (restaurants/épiceries/bars.). 3 vélos sont à votre disposition pour des ballades. Le ménage est fait régulièrement et ce sans frais. Possibilité de planification d’activité tel que la peche en haute mer, équitation, visite de la rivière et sa faune, etc.

Acogedoras cabañas que harán que tu estadía en Paso Canoas sea placentera. Excelente para ir de compras ya que se encuentran a 2km de la zona libre de Paso Canoas, frente a la interamericana. Amigable con las mascotas, tenemos algunos perros. En caso de visitarnos con mascotas se debe cancelar a la hora del check in $20 / ¢10.000 por la primera noche de estadía de las mascotas y $10 / ¢5000 por cada noche extra.
