Situated 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre. The studio is quiet new, family owned consisting of twin beds, air condition, fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom and private balcony. The accommodation is set in a Mediterranean garden with olive trees, grapes vines, grass and lots of nice flowers. Most importantly, you can be sure of a genuine warmth and friendly atmosphere provided by ourselves and our family throughout your stay. Pefkos, is a small town located in the south of the Greek island of Rhodes, 56 kilometres (35 mi) from the capital city Rhodes. The island of Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands. Pefkos town is built in an old village, which was once known as a fisherman's town and is between the larger towns of Lindos and Lardos. Visiting Pefkos by day will leave one with the impression of a sleepy and relaxed holiday resort, however when the lights come on the resort is bustling with warm friendly activity. Pefkos beach was awarded Blue Flag status for 2006. The beach is busy with tourists during the day and has amenities such as a toilet, several cafes and bars. Pedalos, speed-boats and jet-skis are also available to rent on the beach.

The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
