You and your furry friends can relax and enjoy this climate controlled 1 bedroom duplex with covered parking and the amenities you are used to at home. Sit on our comfortable chaise couch and watch your amazon prime shows or cast your favorite streaming service on a 50 inch smart tv. Sleep in a king bed with a comfortable 12 inch mattress and 2 types of pillows. Wake up and have pancakes with syrup and coffee or tea. Take your dog for walk to Harry Todd park with lake access only 2 minutes away.

The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
