The walking and cycling tracks to Waterfall Creek and Glendu Bay are right there and the house is on the road to Roys Peak, Treble Cone and 1 minute to the Cadrona road which takes you to the Cadrona Ski Field or over the Crown Range to Queenstown.

The house is double glazed and heated or cooled by heat pumps in the lounge and all bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. Appliances include - Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Stereo, 65” TV with Chrome cast and Sky Sport. BBQ and outside table and chairs. All bed linen, towels etc. supplied.

This is my holiday house, built in 2017. Sun drenched in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. Heated/Cooled by heat pumps x 3 and a wood fire. The ideal get away! Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do! Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills.
