У каждого из них своя кухня и ванная комната. В каждом ТВ, интернет, обеденный уголок, гостиный уголок. Отремонтирован в 2017 году. Мы постарались сохранить старые деревянные двери, сочетая их с современным комфортом. Находится в 300 метрах от муниципалитета в тихом месте. Магазины находятся в доступном расстоянии.

This 2-story home is located in a small village off the shore of Lake Sevan. Take a short 10-15 minute walk and you'll reach the shore of the lake. It's a beautiful spacious cottage with a big yard and all amenities you can think of. It's very cozy, comfortable and best of all very quiet. It's suitable for chilling, working, or having fun. This cozy home is only a 1.5-hour drive away from Yerevan. There are shops nearby but have a limited variety.
