More suitable for 1 to 2 guests, but happy to accommodate 4 "good" :) friends (bathroom access is thru the bedroom). 10 min to airport, 15 min to Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, 5 min to downtown Belmont bars, restaurants and shops; walk to park and boat landing.

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.
