Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Waterway right on the beautiful canal that connects Big and Little Lake Weir! Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

It boasts an open floor plan between the fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Head down the street to the award-winning brewery for excellent food and drinks, and then walk a few blocks to enjoy sunsets and wildlife at Lake Dora. Downtown is a 20-minute walk away, where you’ll enjoy Mount Dora’s festivals, shops, and restaurants.

Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

Charming two bedroom, one bathroom home just three blocks from downtown Winter Garden Florida. Across the street from the West Orange Bike Trail and walking distance to restaurants, Splash pond, shopping and Farmers Market. The fenced in back yard is shaded by a 100 year old live oak tree. There is a “no pet policy” at the house. We do not accept guests under the age of 12. There are NO cameras on or around the property. I respect the privacy of my guests.

It's just 2 short blocks from the famous Donnelly strip where you'll find lovely parks, boutiques, bakeries, unique shops and dining from many cultures.
