We have completely renovated this small, but mighty, property that will be perfect to use as your home away from home. Nestled on 15 spacious acres, with the Goose River flowing through the back of the property. You truly have to experience a stay here to grasp how unique it is. Take in both nature and small town living, while appreciating the tranquility it offers.

This completely remodeled 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment is located in the lower level of our home and features its own walk out entrance. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).
