Note: the dock will be out of the water on or before October 15th till ice off in the spring

It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace.

Lake Alice does not have public access and, as a result, sees very little boating traffic - often, you'll be the only one on the water. Hike the miles of public land in the area, bird watch or get into the water. If fishing is your thing, the lake is teeming with Northern Pike and Crappies. A perfect combination of woods and water, our Log Cabin is on nearly 2 acres of forest and features a beach and dock on gorgeous Ojibway Lake. It’s ideal for families or low-key groups of friends to lounge on the beach, gather around the fire pit, grill, fish, or play on the water. A canoe, 4 kayaks and a paddle boat are provided for our guests. In the winter, our lake is popular among ice fishers, cross-country skiers, and snowmobilers, with hundreds of miles of trails close by.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Plus access to the lake for ice fishing. **Full dock access with power and plenty of room for trailer parking on site.

In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.
