We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Quiet apartment Soest countryside central Holland

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Uniek houten huis, nabij bos en plassen

Het houten huis hebben we zelf gebouwd in 2019 met gebruikte materialen. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 personen, de woonkeuken heeft een gezellig eettafeltje en gezellige zithoek. De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

Souterrain naast het bos

Het souterrain onder ons huis verhuren wij als perfecte plek voor een romantisch weekend weg, of een weekje offsite werken. Onze villa staat 5 min./ 400 m. lopen van het Ridderoordse Bos. Het is 30 min. fietsen/ 10 min. trein naar Utrecht. Een volledig uitgerust appartement met eigen entree van 60m2 met woonkeuken, werkplek, slaapkamer met 2 p. boxspring (180*220), badkamer met douche, toilet, wasbak en ruime sauna! De patiotuin is nog in aanbouw en is klaar medio maart '25.

Wij bieden een prettige sfeer, in het weekend EEN HEERLIJK ONTBIJT, en ruimte om tot jezelf te komen. Er is veel natuur op korte afstand, en met de trein zijn bijv. Utrecht en Amsterdam snel te bereiken. Het tuinhuis staat op ruime afstand van het woonhuis en is gezellig ingericht. Soms is gebruik voor 1 nacht mogelijk - neem gerust contact op.

Our newly renovated studio (45m2) is located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Hilversum, in the top 10 of best inner cities, offers plenty to do. A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

Gezellig, warm, ruim, gelijkvloers, toegankelijk appartement (75 m2) met ruime veranda. Woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Modern luchtventilatiesysteem. Knusse slaapkamer met queen size bed (180 x 220 cm) met een extra TV. Fantastische badkamer met regendouche. Het appartement bevindt zich op een kleinschalig chaletpark in het buitengebied van Soest in de natuur: midden in het bos en vlakbij Soestduinen.

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten.
