Montgat to prawdziwa oaza ciszy i spokoju bez masowej turystyki, z bezkonkurencyjnym dostępem do Barcelony, 20 minut pociągiem lub 15 minut samochodem i będziesz w samym sercu Barcelony. Dom posiada dwa duże tarasy, dwie designerskie sypialnie suite oraz otwarty salon.
