A renovated stone house of the 17th century on a quiet narrow street within the traditional settlement of Parikia. With a fully equipped kitchen. It well hosts a family , a couple or friends.Just a few meters from the coast road , the old market with plenty of cafe, bars shops, pharmacy , restaurant and the main port where you can catch small boats to visit beaches around the island or ferries for other islands . It’s just two blocks away from the busstation.A free parking lot is very close too.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. Is located in a quite area, less than 1 km from the main port of Parikia and just 500 meters from the main seafront of the town, where you can find many restaurants & café. Few meters away from the studio, you can reach the beach. Bus Station is few meters away. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.

Nick's Studio 1 (With private garden)

The studio (20m2) is newly renovated in the center of Paroikia. It consists a double bed with a brand new mattress, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a small fridge, TV, A/C, free Wifi and private garden with dinning table. Scooters/bikes/ATVs can be parked in front of the studio on the road.
