De woonoppervlakte van het chalet is 115m2, met een ruim en zonnig terras rondom. In de naaste omgeving bevinden zich de mooie en gezellige skigebieden van Kreischberg, Katschberg en Turracher Höhe.

Auszeit in den Bergen Unsere Selbstversorger-Berghütte auf 1170 m Seehöhe ist ein besonderer Ort – abgeschieden, ruhig und voller Geschichte. 1770 erbaut und einst als Bauernhof genutzt, strahlt sie bis heute den Charme vergangener Zeiten aus. Hier findest Du echtes Hüttenleben- knisterndes Holz, ein kleiner Stall, herrliche Alleinlage und Natur, die zum Durchatmen einlädt. Am Fuße der Grebenze wartet ein Platz, an dem Du Dich zurückziehen und wieder Kraft schöpfen kannst.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Our ski chalet is close to The Austrian Alps which means we are near several major ski resorts the nearest being the kreischberg ski resort, just a 7 minute drive away. The chalet is clean and modern and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday with the luxury of a family sauna. The chalet is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Please note there are extra charges for cleaning to be paid locally, see house rules below.

Welcome to winter at Chalet 307 at Turracher Höhe🏔️⛷️❄️. We are located in the center of Turracher Höhe. A cozy 2-bedroom chalet for up to 5 in Austria’s fairytale destination. Just a short walk (5 minutes) and you can enter the slopes. The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Our doors are open for you, all year round.

Both privacy and a sense of community are guaranteed. In addition, there are 2 free parking spaces, WiFi and a sauna.
