Villa Spilia is one of the most dramatic and unique homes in Naxos. Villa Spilia (cave in Greek) is a stone villa built into the mountain in one of the most sought after and private areas of Naxos. The immaculate view of Chora Town, the sea, and neighboring islands make this a perfect and peaceful vacation retreat. The modern single floor design has a large bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a guest room with a separate bathroom. Garden and pool can be accessed from both bedrooms.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
