What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! This is a quiet off the beaten path house with a gorgeous farm setting. In The Urban Wilderness/mountain biking & hiking trails are accessible from the property (down the road a bit). Suttree's Landing has a great playground and river access for paddling enthusiasts and kid fun. Vol fans: 10 minute drive to campus. Also, several great breweries, retail shops, and restaurants are nearby. Pigeon Forge/Dollywood is a 30-45 minute drive and Gatlinburg is @ an hour.
