In addition to winter sports, it offers plenty of recreational possibilities including rafting, white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and golfing. The stay is 0.3 km from the restaurant, public transport, and the ski bus. At 0.7 km, you have the town centre of Kaprun for evening strolls. The supermarkets lie at 0.5 km, and the ski lift is 1.3 km. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. The apartment has heating for comfort in cold days. In the kitchenette, you can prepare healthy breakfasts, and enjoy them on the furnished balcony. The balcony also offers a view of the gorgeous mountains that shine with snow. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Het apartement heeft een huiskamer met volleid ingerichte keuken (inductie kookplaat, koelkast, oven, vaatwasser), tafel met 4 stoelen, hoekbank en TV. Er is een kleine slaapkamer met een 2-pers.bed en badkamer (WC en ruime douche). In het gebouw is er ruimte voor ski's/boards /fietsen en een wasmachine/droger.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Für alle Bewohner steht im Sommer ein großer Außenpool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Golfplatz, Tauern-Spa, Sportflugplatz, Badesee, Restaurants, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Winter: Skibus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Skikeller mit Skischuh-Wärmer ist im Haus vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Maria Alm sowie dem Einstieg in das Hochkönig Skigebiet entfernt und ist auch bequem per Bus erreichbar. Die unzähligen Ausflugsziele in der Region machen deinen Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis.
