Kawakawa Hut

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

The Hayshed Taupō -11 min from town centre

The Hayshed is a redeveloped tiny home converted from an old hay shed Located down a tree lined driveway you will find a tiny home complete with a king bed, kitchenette, tiled bathroom and high DOC inspired windows letting in light and nature, this space has been set up with the intention of resetting you amongst nature whilst having the convenience of a 11 minute drive to Taupō CBD. Located on our 13.5 acre working homestead, host house is 400 metres from Airbnb, second Airbnb 2 paddocks over.

This property now has less views than a number of years ago, but has beautiful trees and a country estate outlook, and glimpses of the lake.

Are you loving to get a camping experience with little comfort, here our cozy 2007 Bailey caravan for our beautiful Taupo visitors. It's equipped with a double bed, camper fridge, Wi-Fi, microwave, and bathroom, it also has a chemical toilet built into the shower room. It is fully insulated and double-glazed with a built-in heater for winter months. The caravan is parked next to the owner's home, ensuring privacy. BBQ is available on request. Ess. amenities and linens provided.

We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!
