Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Redcroft Heights is a lovely cozy cottage in Stoke Fleming, less than 5 miles to Dartmouth. Local restaurant & pub 10 mins walk. Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, large TV with Sky, inc sports and films, Netflix, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. Patio doors to the garden & sea views. WC/utility. Bed 1, large room with balcony & sea views, en-suite. Bed 2-large double. Bed 3 can be single, twin or dbl, but it is a small room. Bathroom, Parking for 2 cars, EVC (at additional Cost).

Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Royal Dart Yacht Club Cottage, Kingswear-Dartmouth

Escape to this characterful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in the picturesque village of Kingswear, Dartmouth, complete with access to the club’s stunning riverside terrace - a sundowner in the evening sunshine is fabulous, direct access to the River Dart via the club’s pontoon (which also offers storage for paddleboards and kayaks); and other club benefits like the bar and dining options all via your temporary membership of the Royal Dart Yacht Club. Mooring is available if you arrive by boat.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Peaceful, rural, two bedroom converted barn

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Bolthole: Cosy studio, garden, fantastic location!

The Bolthole is a small cosy open plan studio with garden. Compact but carefully thought through for a comfortable stay. Set in the heart of Kingswear down from street level & opposite our other rental property it is opposite the creek & River Dart which are possible to see from the garden. A few mins walk to the passenger & car ferries for the short trip to Dartmouth. Perfect for the coastal path. Street parking is free a few minutes walk from the property & paid parking is in the marina.

Fortune Cottage, Harbour and Sea Views

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

Shrimp Cottage is a tastefully refurbished Grade II Listed Fisherman’s cottage in Brixham’s famed ‘Fish Town’. Designed to provide a distinctive and comfortable space for couples. Tucked back just 150 metres from the wonderful hustle and bustle of the harbour, in the beautiful conservation area, and just a 2 minute walk to the quayside and southwest coastal path. Superb location to explore all that Brixham has to offer, yet well appointed and romantic to lure you back to relax and just be.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
