The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Baywater, Kingscote

Baywater has stunning uninterrupted views over the calm waters of Nepean Bay. Being directly across the road from the beach, gives the perfect opportunity for a quick swim or stroll along the beach. The colourful sails from the yacht club dot the turquoise water during the summer months and makes a relaxing afternoon watching the yachts sail by while sitting back on the spacious outdoor deck. Baywater is a lovely three bedroom home with a large secure backyard, free WIFI and air-conditioning.

My Island Home

‘My Island Home’ is located on a quiet 2-acre block on the edge of Kingscote with bush surrounds and a short 2-minute walk to the beach. This modern, spacious get away is perfect for a couple, families or groups of people up to 12. With heaps of room inside and out to relax, entertain and to let the kids play. We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.

Brett’s Rest AZA

One of two cabins this beautiful country wood cabin with a large area to enjoy yourself. Only 300 meters to the beach with easy walking track. Close to Kingscote town, KI Brewery, Gin distillery and the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. I have a dog named Chase who will love you to death and am open to others bringing their pet providing they are friendly with others and do not go inside the cabin. The terrace is fine I live in a managers cabin so any questions Im happy to help.

3 BR Cottage in bush setting by sea

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).
