This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

This is a charming brick ranch house from the 40s and as such you will have to appreciate its character. This is now the home where we spend our winters and it is for you to enjoy during the summer. For your convince we have hired great people to keep the place cleaned and landscaped but be mindful that we live near the coast and occasionally small bugs make their way inside the house, if this bothers you, consider staying somewhere else.
