We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park our 3 bedroom EcoCottage sits on a private lane, in the idyllic Highland village of Kincraig. Explore the local area by day & coorie in for an evening by the log burner. A stone through from the artisan Post Office Cafe & Gallery which serves barista coffee & delicious daily specials. Loch Insh Centre offers year round activities & its Boathouse Restaurant can be accessed on foot. Our local pub The Suie has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Set within our lovely garden and surrounded by woodland just 200m off the back road - gives guests and children the safety and freedom to roam from the front door. The property has gas central heating/log burner/SmartTV Netflix/wifi.   Sleeps 6 guests ( up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) in 3 bedrooms ( King has Smart TV, Netflix & en suite) NB : while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds these are “Trundle” style
