Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

Aqua House 1

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 5 people, with one double bed, 2 single beds and 1 big sofa, very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with the Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 2 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Traditional Antigoni's house

The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.

Οur cozy, modern, independent family house (103 m2), is located in the rural area "Parasporos", 2,5 km uphill from the F/B (port of Milos - Adamas) and 5 km from the airport. It includes 2 spacious bedrooms with A/C, a large living and dinning room with 3 sofa-beds, A/C, TV & WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It also has 2 big verandas with panoramic view and private parking space. It has all the comforts for pleasant vacations. It is necessary to have a vehicle.

We named our beach house after Amfitriti, who according to the greek mythology was the goddess of sea, spouse of god Posidon and mother of all sea creatures. On the beach of Pachaina, between the sandy bay and the white rocky formations, Amfitriti house offers you comfort and calm for your summer holidays. Enjoy moments of relaxation, in the interior of the house, as well as the unique paved courtyard. The house is bright, spacious, ideal for families.

Villa Tasoula Sunrise apartment

Villa Tasoula it's located 1km from Adamas downtown ,built with Cycladic architecture it is separated in two floors. Upstairs live my family,at the first floor we made 4 places for hosting. Two apartments and two studio. The Sunrise apartment 45 sq.m. fully equipped available for 3 person.there is not sea view but it is 150 meters from the beach of papikinou, ιdeal for relaxing and pleasant holidays !

Aphrodite Studio - Cycladic with Elevated Seaview

Aphrodite Studio is part of a traditional Cycladic house with an elevated view of the seaport of Adamas, built by Cretan refugees in 1860. It has since undergone significant improvements, with all modern conveniences such as electricity, running water, a modern-day toilet, and a kitchen. It still maintains its Cycladic character, with high ceilings and a sturdy, wooden roof. It is ideal for 2 people.

Our house is situated in Mandrakia,a little fishing village near the famous beach of Sarakiniko. It consists of one big room with a double bed and a well equipped kitchen,a bathroom and two verandas with sea view,one of the verandas with loungers.
