The B&B is perfect for live music lovers as it neighbors The Green Parrot and is also a 10 minute walk to Fort Zach State Park! This room sports a king bed, shower, mini fridge, coffee maker, and TV on our second floor. We provide a daily hot cooked breakfast from 8am-10:30am in our dining area, a heated swimming pool, and is within a short walk to all of Key West's sights & sounds.

The Artist House Key West - Small Queen

The most private of our rooms, the Sun Room is accessed via a steep staircase located in the rear of the property. This is the only room that we has an exterior entrance. The room itself is decorated in a chic Parisian style, with queen sized bed and modern glam. The bathroom has a glass shower. The entirety of this room was renovated from top to bottom in 2021. There is a tree-top view visible from the sunny Bahamian shutters.

21 + age limit! You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind space specially designed for a single traveler. ONE GUEST ONLY. The bathrooms for this room are shared with 3 other rooms. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with toilets, showers, sinks, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand towels, and hair dryers. Bath towels are in the rooms. A repeat guest favorite - all the amenities for a fraction of the price!

Mo Room - 1 Queen, Shared bathroom, Breakfast

21 + age limit! Queen bed with funky art overlooking the front of the house on our 2nd floor. The bathrooms for this room are shared with 3 other rooms on our 2nd floor. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with toilets, showers, sinks, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand towels, and hair dryers. Bath towels are in the rooms. We also have a plethora of outdoor sitting areas for guest use. A favorite of repeat guests!

Bella's room - 1 Queen + 1 Twin, Shared bathroom

21 + age limit! This room is 2 beds - queen and twin for up to 3 adults. This room is the most spacious of the shared baths. The bathrooms for this room are shared with 3 other rooms. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with toilets, showers, sinks, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand towels, and hair dryers. Bath towels are in the rooms. We also have a plethora of outdoor sitting areas for guest use.

Pink - 1 Queen bed, Shared bathroom

21 + age limit! Queen bed for 2 across from the shared bathrooms on our 2nd floor. The bathrooms for this room are shared with 3 other rooms on our 2nd floor. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with toilets, showers, sinks, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand towels, and hair dryers. Bath towels are in the rooms. We also have a plethora of outdoor sitting areas for guest use.

Duval Hideaway w/ Patio and Parking (Adults Only)

Located in the heart of Old Town, this unique property is centrally located for easy access to landmarks and sights. Our property is fully furnished, includes a private patio and is accessed via a private entrance. *Please note you must be 21 or older to make a reservation on this property and all guests must be at least 18 years old.*

Bates - 2 full beds, private bathroom

21 + age limit! The Bates room is on our first floor and sports 2 full sized beds. The room can accommodate 3 people and has it's own bathroom. The windows bring in lots of light and is easily accessible as it is 1st floor. The artwork is original and specific to the room. Repeat guests love this room!

Romantic Queen Room with balcony & Breakfast, Blue

21 + age limit! The Blue Room offers a queen bed and a private bath in the quiet back section of the house. Relax on the adjoining balcony, fenced off for extra privacy. The bathroom sports a shower and tub, along with double sinks. A true Gem that makes you feel right at home!
