Breckon cottage, a traditional Lakeland cottage with lots of character, dating back to 1893. Located in the town of Keswick, giving direct walking access to the stunning local fells. The town centre is a short 10 min stroll away through the park. Boasting large off road parking space, smart TV, wi-fi, with room for four, it's perfect for couples or families. This Lakeland cottage gives the guests a homely Lakeland experience. The cottage is situated close to the towns top pub the Pheasant Inn.

The Barn is a beautifully refurbished retreat in a quiet corner of the Lake District National Park. Built in c.1870 as part of How Farm, The Barn is a very comfortable self-contained space which sleeps two adults and two children. It has a small garden, unique open living space incorporating the kitchen and lounge, lobby, shower room and large bedroom. The Barn is in a countryside location yet gives easy access to all the North West Lakes and the lesser known but very scenic West Coast.

This is a delightful holiday house, located in a very peaceful part of Keswick. Private off street parking for two cars. A very pretty garden to relax in , enjoy a bbq or two. The house is so welcoming , lovely front sitting room with smart TV and views up to the fells. Large dining room with sitting for 6, doors lead onto the patio, garden area. A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.

Within easy walking distance of all Keswick's amenities & is an ideal base from which to explore this superb part of the Lake District on foot, bicycle or by car. It is well equipped; includes wifi, smart TV, washing machine, maps & guides, central heating plus radiant heater.

Morven Cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage within 5 minutes walk of Keswick town centre with private parking and an outdoor patio area. The warm and comfortable accommodation sleeps up to four guests (plus a cot) and was recently extensively refurbished. Changeover days are typically Monday and Friday. One or two well-behaved dogs (restricted to downstairs and not allowed on the furniture) are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. 10% discount for full week bookings.

The famous Coledale horseshoe ridge walk starts and finishes in the village. The popular mountain biking trail centre at Whinlatter Forrest is less than 2 miles from the cottage.
