It's the perfect location for your favorite tourist attractions or nature activities, as well as an easy drive to ski resorts. It includes a bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk, great for remote work. You also have full access to the backyard and dock to enjoy water activities and the fresh air.

Stay in the cloud canopy with a best friend or someone you love. Natural light from six skylights makes this space like a deep breath. Watching the treetops or clouds pass in the skylights relaxes everyone. Walking distance to coffee, lunch, and dinner. Or make drip coffee in your floating canopy - a space sure to bring about conversation and intimacy. Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

Ideally located close to Lake Washington, Columbia City shops, restaurants, entertainment, Light Rail and buses. (No shoes or smoking inside.) 3 day minimum stay with certain exceptions.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
