Only 15 minutes away from Seattle, 7 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 3 minutes from Westfield Southcenter Shopping Center. Tons of restaurant to choose from in the area. King size bed in bedroom, completely updated paint, floors, stainless steel appliances, and all new furniture. We DON’T allow parties & quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
