This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

Location is 10 min from Woodinville and world class wineries, 10 min from Bellevue and Redmond, Sea-Tac Airport is less than 25 min away, Seattle downtown is less than 30 mins away. Apartment front door is on ground level and has washer dryer as you enter. You will need to go upstairs for the main floor. There is plenty of parking on site.

Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and St. Edwards Park. We are both smoke free and pet free home.
