The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.

Tahn is the smallest of our luxury camping pods, with it's own kitchen and shower room, it sleeps two adults with a travel cot available for one infant. An ideal woodland base for lovers of the great outdoors Just 4 miles south of Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park, and on the Bay Cycleway. Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. Local walks and easy access by car to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Silverdale and Arnside AONB.

Lovingly restored 1965 Retreat with proper loo, shower, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi! King size bed with linen, towels and toiletries provided. Fully equipped for 2 . Discover the walled pond and private jetty or wander down the lane to The Pub. Magical! PS: the caravan is compact with limited headroom - the high+mighty will need to duck!
