We are 10 minutes from Sam's Club and Walmart with plenty of restaurants yet you are tucked away in a rural setting. This house sits on 1 acre w/ a covered space out front for grilling. Schedule 30 minutes of private time with the goats before checkin.

Enjoy a stay in a charming historic Mill-House nestled in up and coming downtown Kannapolis. This cozy, vintage home has an intimate industrial feel. The artistic and local nuances will keep you entertained and intrigued. We have interesting pieces from the old mill and also fun pieces from all over North Carolina. My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

The Lodge at 7 Oaks

The Lodge at 7 Oaks is a private studio that is a part of our detached garage. The room offers a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a fenced in yard with an outdoor seating area with firepit. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.

Cherry Treesort "Mimi and Papa's"

This is the 2nd "Hobbit House" on the Cherry Treesort property. It's a spacious 395 sq feet with a queen bedroom, circle door entry, living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The Hobbit House sits on 27 acres with the 8 other treehouses we have built. Come stay in one of the most unique stays in the country, you wont be disappointed.
