This is a great location to base all of your Kenai Peninsula activities from.

Close to both Kenai and Soldotna this cozy one bedroom 500 sq ft cottage is located less than a 1/2 mile from the Kenai River. Unwind from a long day fishing or hiking on the deck, grill on the bbq, or hang by the fire pit. House has a washer/dryer, chest freezer, fish cleaning area and a covered deck for outside dining and gear storage. We welcome you to our Alaskan home and will provide you with a clean comfortable space to enjoy all your outdoor adventures on the Kenai Peninsula !

Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
