Nevar farm cottage is the newest addition to our De Akker cottages. The cottage is situated in a peaceful spot on our working farm. You have a beautiful old Camel thorn tree in front of the house and at the back you can see the sunset while overlooking the vineyards. You have a barbecue on the front stoep and a fire pit on the other side. Relax in front of the indoor fireplace while enjoying a glass of wine. This unique place has a style all its own. Come enjoy it with your loved one.

Peaceful Chalet with Vineyard View.

The Coronation Chalet is a quiet and private resting place between long trips through the vast and characterful Northern Cape. With solar powered amenities and running water, straight from the Orange River Canal, you have a large open deck facing the river and the vineyards. The chalet sleeps up to three people. A double bed in the sectioned bedroom, and a daybed in the open plan lounge. This chalet is well equipped for a braai on the deck, and self-service in the open plan kitchen.

Mitat Farm Cottage

Situated on a working farm in the beautiful "Green Kalahari" overlooking the lush Vineyards. Peaceful is definitely a thought that comes to mind when you enter Mitat Cottage. Escape from the chaos and come relax in the private splash pool while enjoying a barbeque. Mitat was build with the thought of pure relaxation so we decided to not have Wifi or a TV installed just so you can escape from the world. Pre-book a massage in the comfort of the cottage or enjoy a walk in nature.

The Stables Self Catering

The Stables is situated in Kakamas in the heart of the vineyards, the ideal overnight self catering accommodation on your way to the Augrabies Falls, Riemvasmaak or the Namibian border. The view of the vineyards and our horse's stables can be seen from your unit, and the peacefulness of this setting is just what you need to recharge for the road ahead. Our unit has a queen size bed and a bunker bed for 2 children, a fully equipped kitchen and braai area.
