Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

It's best for cars and smaller SUVs, but most trucks and SUVs can get by also. This guest suite on the upper floor offers a king and twin bed, large bathroom, and sitting room with a breakfast nook. Guests are provided special amenities such as a bidet, toaster oven, mini fridge, electric kettle, and ice maker.

Guests will enjoy easy highway access to everything from this suburb location. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful mature trees and a scenic walking trail. Private entrance and plenty of room to relax. Easy 5-30 min drive to most hot spots! You have the entire basement and it is private - no shared spaces. Note the extra beds do not have bedding unless requested. $10 for the extra bed if only two guests in reservation. Please no children under age 8.

This is a beautiful studio located in the rear of a 1930's single home. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. You'll walk in through the private entrance to a spacious entry and unpack. The needle and tuft king size mattress makes it easy to sink in and enjoy your stay. While you are here feel welcome to catch up on shows on the Smart TV from the comfort of the couch or bed. The studio boasts a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Welcome to The Saloon. This 600 sq feet space is perfect for those who need a quick getaway or traveling through Kansas City. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.
