The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Our property is centrally located from all beaches in South County Rhode Island. Walking distance to shopping and groceries also a playground if you have children. Enjoy this beautiful home that we poured our heart and soul into ourselves. There are custom countertops along with the soft touches to make you feel at home. The bathroom is extremely spacious. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. The apartment is a five minute walk to charming downtown Jamestown and a two minute drive to local beaches and state parks, an ideal location for a lovely getaway. The drive to Newport is a rather scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge. You may be tempted to stay in, as the open floor plan and thoughtful decorating make for a pleasant accommodation.
