We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Cottage Under the Oaks

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates.
