The suite was built in 2023, and includes a multitude of amenities for your perfect trip. With beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the view has sweeping oaks and mature magnolias, setting the scene for your Southern getaway.

The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Enjoy your stay in Charleston at this comfortable, and centrally-located duplex. You'll love the charming, historic neighborhood with hundred-year-old oaks, and how quickly you can hop to downtown (3 minutes) and the beach (15 min). You'll be able to walk to a local, organic grocery store, coffee shop, and several restaurants and local boutiques. The property backs up to sixteen miles of paved paths - perfect for walks or a bike ride. This is the ideal home base for your visit to Charleston!

There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
