This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This quaint Surf City beach cottage is newly remodeled and serves as the perfect getaway. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile to the Surf City pier and restaurants. Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Home for the Holidays! 4BR/2Bath-Private Pool

Home will be decorated for the holidays including a Christmas Tree and Outdoor Lights. Calendar is open for the next summer season- Pool opens May 1st for the season! Pool season-May 1- October 31. Perfect home to spend time with your love ones. You should have everything you will need to enjoy yourself at our wonderful home! Minutes to our beautiful beaches. Enjoy both experiences- Beach during the day and pool at night!
