Fabulous Private Studio in a Natures Wonderland. Lots of privacy in the "jungle room" Private driveway . Walk to rear of house and up the steps to the entry door on right. You'll be given the code prior to entry- Light and bright private studio is warm and welcoming. Make use of the Coffee Bar with lots of amenities, WIFI and YoutubeTV. You control the AC Separate air unit in the studio. Come and go as you want to privately without interruption. 10 min drive(30 min bike ride) to the ocean.

You have your own private entrance through the back. NO SMOKING. Not 420 friendly Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppies bark sometimes.
