Your studio is walking distance to restaurants, cafe, bars, mini markets etc./ From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea and beaches.The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. Enjoy the breathtaking views, the beautiful established flower gardens and a sandy cove which is accessible through the garden and down a few steps.

All areas are air-conditioned and the house itself is sunbathed the most of the day. With all respect to the environment we use no chemicals in the pool and it is cleaned by electrolysis

This two level house is located right on Assos Sea Front. You enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and Assos castle. All restaurants in Assos are less than 5 minutes away on foot. Inside the house you enjoy bright interiors with white wooden floors.
