Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Chale Bay Farm - Purbeck View

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Our Luxury yurt in peaceful setting close to Cowes

Enjoy a fun relaxed break in our beautiful yurt with central heating, log burner, shower room, proper loo and kitchen. Egyptian cotton sheets on a king size bed and a deck to watch the sunset and gaze at the stars through the roof dome at night. Set on our farm in a secluded spot overlooking the fields with own firepit and bbq. Enjoy Forest walks or 10 min drive to the beach, Cowes or Newport. Great mezzanine bedroom area upstairs with two single mattresses for extra guests if needed.

Escape to the Isle of Wight countryside in this peaceful, semi-detached cottage with three bedrooms, a large garden, wood burning stove and views across open fields. Rowborough Cottage is just 300m from our family farm. Guests can enjoy access with two other cottages to farm animals, playground, games room and heated indoor pool (Feb- Oct) - perfect for families seeking a rural break. With EV charging at the farm and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal base for exploring the island.

Clara Cottage: Perfect - comfortable and stylish

Clara Cottage is the perfect holiday home for up to 6 guests. St Helen's Beach is a few minute's walk away, the Duver nearby is a beautiful nature reserve with bird life and sand dunes. The village green opposite has a huge grassy area plus a children's play park. The village shop and post office sells everything that you could need . There is a pub on the green and a restaurant. Any time of year, you will find that this is an idyllic location. You are welcome to bring a dog with you.
