Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. The large fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room join into the light and comfortable lounge to form the perfect social space plus there's a games room with full size table tennis! Extensive outside patios & gardens provide stunning views over the Severn Vale and wonderful sunsets. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor; all have private en-suites with shower or bath.

The old coach house is a cosy traditional coach house with modern features. The detached house has a king and double size bed, two optional single day beds are available upon request with an extra charge. There is a central bathroom. Has a large open kitchen and dining room, with a spacious living room, wood burner for cosy nights. Set In a private courtyard behind electric gates, parking is in front of the house. It is in a quiet village but close to Bristol and Bath and surrounding villages

Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.
