It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to Fantasy Island theme park and other local amenities and attractions as well as the beach and is only a short drive or bus ride into Skegness. On site there are 2 free entry clubs, fish and chip shop, breakfast/lunch cafe, launderette and small arcade.
