This great 3 bed property is Skegness's latest treasure offering everything you need for your holiday. As a self-catering Caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave air fryer. The van is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there's 2 singles bed. The third bedroom contains a 2 singles. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is the en suite has a toilet and sink. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property. We invite you to stay in our central heated, double glazed caravan. It was previously sited on Plot 308 and now is on Plot 303. Its in an excellent open position a few minutes from the beach. We have been renting the van out for several years and have relisted on Airbnb from the 2024 season. Happy Days Seaside Caravan park is a quiet, family site ideally located between Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. The site has direct private access to the sea front and promenade.
