We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!

The Skinny House

The Skinny House is located in the charming Cottage Home Neighborhood. It is downtown and within walking distance to Massachusetts Ave. home to many bars, restaurants and the newly completed Bottleworks District. The house got it's name because it truly is "skinny". Local legend has it that it is made up of two 1890s workers cottages stacked on top of one another. A careful restoration celebrates the history of this delightful city cottage. Easily explore all that downtown has to offer!

This unique place has a style all its own. Walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium this renovated cottage has 1 bedroom plus a king size bed in the loft, accessed via ships ladder. I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!
