This amazingly posh, two unit carriage house was completely rebuilt just a few years ago. It is in the heart of Fountain Square in Downtown Indianapolis. The first floor unit is a gorgeous efficiency with a full kitchen and full bath. The upstairs unit is HUGE and excellent for gatherings or to prep for a wedding! Talk about IG-able moments....this entire property looks like it is out of a magazine! The main floor "garage" space if fully finished and another great gathering space.
