Second Floor Apartment sitting on Pine Lake

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

The Rebel Lodge is a fully restored historic brick building located in the heart of James Dean's hometown. lt is right across the street from the James Dean Museum, just around the corner from Main street, and only blocks from The James Dean Gallery. The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. Everything is freshly up to date with new furnace, & air conditioning. Please enjoy your stay!

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

We are also pet friendly so if you want to bring your furry friends we are happy to host them as well, just be aware that there is a $100 fee that covers our additional cost. Located in Brown County just over a mile north (or "A Stone's Throw") of the quaint Village of Nashville, IN. Your home away from home is in a quiet rural neighborhood where you are just minutes from shopping, restaurants, art galleries, music venues and all kinds of outdoor activities. The owner lives full time in the upper level with her service dog Jessie but you will probably never see her unless they are out in the yard playing fetch or working in the garden.
