The main cabin has 2 bedrooms + 1 common bathroom, in addition there is a 3rd bedroom with king bed and bathroom in an outhouse 20 ft away. Entire property is fenced & exclusively yours—no sharing, full privacy. A private viewpoint is within the property (short, steep hike). The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.

With a private road that leads straight to the tea gardens, the cabin sits a little down the ridge and offers one of the best views of the Himalayas in the village. With no houses in its vicinity apart from the caretaker's, the cabin gives you a much-needed dose of pristine nature.
