Centrally located in IV, our home is 1 mile to Lake Tahoe, 3 miles to Sand Harbor Beach and close to Kings Beach. In winter, ski at Diamond Peak, just 1 mile away, Mt Rose is 3 miles away. Great mountain setting and our fast WiFi will allow you to stay as connected as needed. In winter enjoy 10 minute drive to Palisades Tahoe and 20 minute drive to Northstar!

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

The perfect stay. The home is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. You are close to wonderful dining, hiking and skiing. It's a quiet street and flat for winter travel. Your cozy place away from home. Only dogs are welcome, they must be house trained and non-chewers. Our yard is NOT fenced in.
